Job Title		Manufacturing Engineer

Description		FUNCTION: This position will be responsible for driving process improvements in our manufacturing facility through team participation and individual leadership. Key responsibilities will include assisting in the plant layout, process and material flow and equipment specifications and selection. Oversee the installation of all equipment consistent with facility plan. Work with manufacturing team to enhance and improve production procedures to maintain the quality of products. Maintain and facilitate improvements to manufacturing process to insure consistent quality of products. Participate with Engineering Departments at other facilities to identify and implement process and quality improvements, new product introductions, and continuous improvement initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing or industrial engineering. 2 – 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent communications skills. Ability to work with team members at all levels of the company. Prefer lean manufacturing experience.
