Personnel Source has been the exclusive placement agency of Neilsen Manufacturing Inc. since 2005.

NMI is a manufacturing facility that when hiring, does so on a temp-to-hire basis, and is it not unusual to ramp-up by 20 or more employees over a period of a couple weeks. Since our goal is to actually hire the candidate after a probationary period we need an agency that is not just able to send the number of people required to full the open position but instead is able to provide the type of individual that will be successful in our dynamic manufacturing environment.
